I was completely inspired by Blair Waldorf when I put this outfit together. And it made me miss the Gossip Girl days. I love how this skirt makes such a statement even though it has the traditional colors of black and white. I paired it with a cardigan that is riddled with crystal buttons. And of course it wouldn’t be Blair approved without a beret.
